This course uses yoga poses as well as breathing exercises and mindful meditation to support people experiencing menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms. Yoga can help you feel good about yourself. When we feel well, we are better able to make healthy decisions about our lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, work-life balance) and relationships.
