Did you know that yoga can help improve sleep, posture, flexibility and muscle strength?. It can also help with reducing stress and the risk of long-term health conditions.
This beginners-level course introduces static yoga postures/stretches that are held for a few breaths, to improve flexibility.
You will learn postures which support a wide range of skills such as balance, joint stability and concentration, as well as breathing techniques for relaxation.
