Individualsed work experience placements for unemployed people. The placements take place in our clothes & accessories swap shop and honesty book library in Castle Quarter Norwich. Placements are tailored to meet an individual's needs and take place over a 4-6 week period (4 hours each week on a set day). One to one mentoring is offered following completion of a work placement. Our small team will make everyone feel welcome and comfortable foucssing on learning new skills, gaining in confidence and recognising individual strengths to prepare for work or training.
