Overview
This workshop is designed to support women through the transition of perimenopause to post-menopause by providing a nurturing space to restore energy, cultivate balance, and embrace this new phase of life with acceptance and awareness. We will explore theoretical frameworks such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Menopause CBT to deepen our understanding of the changes occurring in the body and mind. Through restorative yoga, meditative sequences, breathwork, and mindfulness, participants will gain practical tools to manage symptoms and foster a sense of connection and support within the group.
Who is the workshop for?
- This workshop is for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause who want to better understand and navigate the symptoms caused by hormonal fluctuations.
- It is also open to any woman who is not yet in these stages but wants to be informed and empowered for the journey ahead.
- Designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and restored, this workshop offers a space to connect with other women experiencing similar changes.
