Social lunch opportunity and free information and advice for those aged 50+

***Please note this group is for aged 50+, not just 60+***

Come along to the Phoenix Centre lunch club on the last Monday of each month for a free opportunity to socialise, have a hot lunch and receive some information & advice.

Our specialist will be available from 11am-2pm to help provide the support needed to overcome stress and worry.

Lunch is served from 12pm. You will also have the chance to join in with quizzes, games and occasionally bingo. There is no set cost for attending this group or for the lunch, just donate what you can.
