🙏 The Dementia Support Team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is starting a new support group for patients and carers affected by dementia and cancer.
Dementia Care Specialist Nurse Jenny Woolgrove and Dementia Palliative Care Specialist Nurse Lynsey Hannant have joined forces with The Big C to run the new support group, which will take place on the first Friday of each month.

Come along to to find out what support is available, chat with others who are living with dementia & share a tea or coffee in a relaxed setting with friendly teams of professionals that are here to help. Next group Friday 5th January 10-12 at The Big C Centre, NNUH. Free refreshments.
Held at The Big C Centre, near the Colney Centre, from 10am to midday.
