Your Health Norfolk offer FREE 10 week in-person Adult Weight Management sessions. You can choose either Nutrition sessions (1 hour) solely or Exercise and Nutrition sessions (2 hours).

The Nutrition sessions will teach you the fundamentals of a healthy balanced diet and healthy living. Over the 10 weeks, we cover various topics to educate you on healthy eating and provide you with educational tools to ensure you succeed in your weight loss journey. See below topics:

The group exercise sessions are delivered by an exercise professional to support you to become and remain physically active. The 10-week programme can support individuals with existing health conditions and accommodates for all different levels of ability, adapting exercises for seated or standing.
